Topping Off the Commons

Today, members of the McGivney community along with Pfund Construction celebrated our building progress so far with a “Topping Out Ceremony.”  A topping out ceremony is a long-standing tradition in construction that marks the moment the last structural beam is set in place, completing the building’s frame, and celebrating the people behind the project.

It’s exciting to see all of the progress, and we are looking forward to the next phase of construction with wall framing, metal stud installation and sheeting, and roof work.  Keep checking back for weekly construction updates.  The building is on track to be completed in January.
