Dani Boulanger is a graduate of Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas, where she received her Bachelor of Music Education and minor in Theology. Ms. Boulanger was also a member of the 2nd graduating class from FMCHS in 2017, making her the first alumna to return as a faculty member. She is the director of Concert Band and Concert Choir, and she also teaches Theology III (Sacraments and Morality).
A participant of the music program herself -- in fact, the first student to complete all four years in both ensembles! -- her goal is to grow a program of prestige: fostering musical excellence as well as encouraging the growth of life skills such as communication, leadership, responsibility, and professionalism. Ms. Boulanger serves as the Works of Mercy service program coordinator, overseeing service hour completion and organizing All-School Service Days, and sponsors Book Club, Liturgical Choir, and Father McGivney's brand new a cappella group. She has served in several roles outside of FMCHS, such as a Missionary Team Leader with Catholic Mission Trips, music director for several community theatre productions, and accompanist and cantor for her home parish.
